The leader of this company is very skilled in using manipulative tactics to control their employees both mentally and physically through brainwashing and harassment, in order to exploit them and turn them into obedient working machines. Any employees who have dissenting thoughts or ideas are threatened, intimidated, coerced, or otherwise silenced. I would advise any recent graduates seeking a work visa to think twice about stying with this company, as in order to do so, you would need to betray your colleagues, constantly comply with orders, work overtime at any given moment, flater and pander to the leaders. However, even if you do all of these things, the company will still fire you at any time. There are so many examples around me...
