Work environment. Positive knowledgeable friendly HR & Finance Departments. Program managers & contracts department on spot and very dependable to their customers. CEO & company owner very knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate to employees program questions, etc.

Sometimes it's so busy that getting all the information needed for a customer is delayed. This is being actively worked by hiring more people. This is a minor con in the big picture because the delay is short.

This is hard ...very few pros

Claim to work for the US government except everyone who works there is from over seas. Leadership is awful. When you try to share how a process can be done better you then get judged by that and will soon lose your job. Zero compassion for employees, expected to work even when a hurricane is coming through. Don't try to improve anything, you'll get yelled at. If you follow instructions, you get yelled at. It's a no win situation. Stay clear from this place if you want to feel valued.
