Had some good clients and good health benefits for the employees and the contractors they placed. Even with Obamacare the benefits didn't get cut. I had a good boss but they chased him away as well

Lack of leadership from the CEO and President. They have their favorites and in their eyes they do no wrong even though their branches are not profitable. One branch manager has churned more recruiters than you can imagine and the branch loses tons of money yet he is untouchable and kills morale. The CEO is rarely there but present enough to muddy the waters and will not change with the times. They have chased away some good people over my time there and I know there was more after me.
