It’s a shambles. The amount of senior people leaving with under one years service is terrible. Then look at the other end of the spectrum and long service isn’t recognised. New Directors would get jobs in corporate businesses, they do not have the competency to fulfill the demands. Restructure after restructure, continuously recruited and a new fan fare then that person has gone. The trustees are ultimately accountable, but have shown a complete lack of discipline. The directors are inept and seemingly strategically lacking experience.
