Upper management is afraid to speak up and will not back you up even when they seem to agree with you. Upper management will make decisions without your knowledge or input even if you are in management and expect you to go along with it. Management is unprofessional and will speak negatively of you once you leave and make it seem like it was "your" fault. Human resources will be more involved in your life than in their job description. Your years of hard work and dedication are not appreciated and they will eliminate positions and just expect you to manage.
