They offer benefits, however still only offer $12/50/hr plus tips for baristas who are expected to operate at a high skill level, and have knowledge about coffee processes, varietals, and the science of brewing (including using refractometers to check coffee and calculate extraction.)       Senior Management seems to have stopped caring about shops after opening 5 locations. Everyone is burnt out and underpaid from area managers to baristas.
