I would not recommend working here. The work environment is toxic, plagued by favoritism, sexism, and racism. Talented and experienced individuals are undervalued and treated the same as those with minimal qualifications or accountability, due to an extremely flat and poorly managed organizational structure.
There are no real opportunities for growth or professional development. Management fosters a culture that burns people out, rather than supporting employees, they pressure them until they quit.
Projects are consistently understaffed, and there is little to no investment in the necessary tools or software to do the job properly. Overall, it's a demoralizing and unsustainable place to work.
