Flexible schedule, little customer interaction, some free use of the rehearsal spaces, can make it a weekday only job

Not many hours, corporate doesn't really trust the techs, it's a British company so a lot of the support team works wildly different hours, doesn't seem to be any opportunities for advancement or employment beyond a contract.

The job itself was by far the best part, I have no complaints.

All levels of management are an absolute joke. The company is made up of hipster millennials, who have no idea what they’re doing.
