Management will use you until they can’t anymore. Soon as you say no, they try to make you feel guilty. I put this job over my health for months. My body finally gave in and I passed out. I wasn’t found for almost 10 minutes because I always worked alone. Management didn’t care that I was too scared to work alone and when I asked to change my availability, I was ultimately told no. So I had to leave.
