Convenient Galleria location, free snacks, paid lunches once in a while, paycheck and bare bones medical insurance covered, if you're just started out in a career, this place can be OK for a year or two but MOVE ON as soon as you can.

Nepotism rampant with the kids of the friends of the owner (they're the ones who get the bonuses, even if they produce no work), no consistent review policy, no pathway to advancement, owner doesn't believe that his employees are entitled to lives of their own, people in positions of "management" mismatched to those roles and failing miserably but swept under the rug because admitting a mistake was made would lessen the almighty perception of power of the owner, petty ugly culture of in-office degradation in front of co-workers by the owner and certain managers, constantly changing priorities to the point where you don't have any clue why or what you're doing.
