Vantaggi

1. Flexible Timing and afternoon shift (12.30 to 9.30 PM) 2. On-time salary 3. Good learning opportunity for US insurance projects. 4. Small company with 100-150 employees, hierarchy is very minimal, and there is less politics. 5. Location is convenient from the Marol Naka Metro station. It will take 5 min from Marol station.

Svantaggi

1. Work-life balance depends on projects. Some projects have a horrible work-life balance(12 hours working), while others have a good work-life balance. 2. Appraisal is very minimal and provided after 1.5 years. So it is once every 2 years. 3. No promotions and very few senior positions available for leads or managers. No growth in the leadership track. 4. Management values only the senior employees of critical projects. Other hard-working employees are ignored. 5. Micro-management for a few critical projects. 6. No other perks are provided, such as insurance cover to the employees.

Vantaggi

Great team of employees (team) based in the US and Off shore

Svantaggi

Management culture was highly reactive and blame-oriented. Workload often extended into evenings, creating serious burnout and poor work-life balance. Expectations were not always clear, but employees were still held responsible when things went wrong. Benefits were weak compared to the stress and responsibility of the role. Processes were disorganized, communication was inconsistent, and employees were often left defending decisions instead of being supported.
