PMG was a great place to work for the summer and into the fall. It's a smaller company, so the management and owners take the time to get to know you. The work is straightforward and transparent, while allowing to learn many skills on the job.

Occasionally there were slowdowns in the amount of work available, but mostly during the winter. Even during those times, there was always something to work on.

3 day work week 4 days off Overtime offered occasional Owners are caring and high on communication, you could call them anytime any issue and they would answer or be down to the site. Driving around a sweet amphibious/aquatic machine 12 hour work days Pay is generous Family owned The owner cares They tell you straight up what to expect in the interview process, listen. They tell you straight up what to expect in the interview process. This is an outdoor job and there is bugs so prepare It’s a fun job but you do have to take care of things and if you don’t your going to upset other employees pretty straight forward
