Unfortunately the C-Suite can’t get out of their own way. The COO (formerly held the title of CFO too…) is the most unprofessional and demeaning man I have ever encountered. Who can swear at and degrade their direct reports, apparently bring dog food as a motivator for a meeting, and act like an unruly teenager, continue to be in a C-Suite role? What’s worse, all the other leaders bury their heads in the sand, and put up with it. It’s sad. Not to mention, there isn’t a single female on the leadership team.
