      New management has brought the rental car company mindset and customer service skill in. Offshore call centers (which the ceo is on the board of) only compound the problems. Company is failing and not meeting goals or expectations

      People know the brand but that’s it

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
