POET is doing great things when you look at it from the outside and general public, however there are some things going on internally that made me really uncomfortable such as the religious approach the execs and some others are suddenly taking on and the HUGE amount of pressure to be "healthy" when we were told it is a choice, but yet many of our choices were forced upon us - not ok. Comparing POET to other organizations, it is very technologically advanced and has some of the best working for them - that's something to brag about.

This company spends money like it's going out of style. While it can afford to, I think it should be monitored a bit closer. Some of the head engineers and some other managers have egos the size of Texas and they are allowed to get away with treating all others like they are scum of the earth - again, not ok.

Best environment I have ever worked in, you can tell that Poet cares about its employees, I enjoyed going to work.

You need to be able to pick up on things quickly, the job involves a lot of going with the flow and figuring things out.
