CEO only cares about the Business and doesn't care about employees also doesn't know or doesn't care what the management is doing to the employees. 3. Worst Politics i have ever seen. 4. All the good and positive things will go unnoticed and small mistakes will be highlighted. 5. Most of the old most valuable employees resigned their job in just past 2 months. This is the greatest achievement the new management can celebrate.
