Caring leadership, organized direction, great track record of continuous improvement as a company. Awesome new offices.

It's difficult to put my finger on something that's a "con" at POWERSHiFTER, because most "negative" things are due to the industry we're in. Tight timelines, waffling budgets, and clients who change their minds are something we deal with in the agency world. If I had to pick something, I'd say lack of a structured "bonus" system was a sore spot for me.

The leadership team truly cares about developing their team members. Through hands-on training, resource sharing, and cross-functional collaboration, I feel supported and driven to strive for the next big goal. There are always new projects and challenges to tackle.

Other than few free parking spaces, it's hard to say what the cons are. Perhaps improvement could be made on pacing projects, but that's also through client management, which is tricky in the tech space.
