Depends on which group > no proper knowledge transfer, no proper recognition (there are recognition reward program but not all Managers are using it) Hot desk > don't have specific seating arrangement, some days when majority of people are coming into the office, who may have not seats at all. Minority for some races and majority to you-know-who... some bias in terms of promotions Given tasks that are out of our job description, not given compensation as it is part of 'ad-hoc' ?
