Company car, car is used as personal vehicle, company gas card, good benefits, quarterly bonus if you hit your targets, coworkers are usually fun to work with, decent vacation and PTO.

Svantaggi

Required 50 hour work week, bad communication from corporate to territory levels, unrealistic expectations from corporate, salary may not reflect the value of the position, corporate doesn't take into account personal circumstances, a lot of mistakes made at corporate level and it's the Territory Manager's job to fix it. NO ROOM FOR GROWTH IN THIS POSITION.

- Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

Svantaggi

- Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
