Never enough people to do the jobs. Hire right out of prison. The fights are spectacular, knives, guns, and lots of pot smoking. Upper management has no clue as to what is going on with day to day operations. Terrible pay for the average worker. Know one is held accountable for anything. No training learn it yourself. Absolutely No work Life balance here. They also do nothing about harassment complaints. There Ethic department what a joke they just sweep it under the rug. As a Manager you are set up to fail everyday. You might as well apply for Firefighting because that's all you will do there.
