      Decent compensation for the position. Freedom to set own goals and objectives as long as they meet the company goals and projections.

      Constant changes. Rolling out new ideas prematurely and forcing the ideas on the staff. The staff ideas are kind of thrown out the window.

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Svantaggi

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
