      As you are rated National and Global talent your responsibilities will grow only for you to see hires from outside the company brought in for you to train and grow. They will make up to 20% more than you yet lean on you daily for years at a time. You had multiple years under your belt when they came on board. PPG sees no value in what they have cultivated over time.

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
