      Don’t know where to begin. 50 hr work weeks, underpaid, treated like garbage, upper management takes any criticism as an attempt to overthrow their position. Expect to grow sales when there is no inventory. VERY unprofessional and unorganized company. I’m amazed they are still in business . I strongly recommend no one work here.

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
