      Great if you want to take initiative for passion projects but also comfortable with lean(ish) resources. Strong emphasis on safety (mostly physical but moving towards psychological). Flexible culture and scope to move around

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Svantaggi

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
