      I have been with the company for 1y 8 months. It's a great company with great benefits. If you work hard, and can manage your time appropriately then you will do well.

      On the Glidde side the struggle within the home centers, and not having enough brand recognition. You have to fight Harder for everything since we aren't "exclusive"

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
