      Policys change often without proper notice. Knee jerk reactions to incidents result in massive process and policy change instead of dealing with why the incident happened in the first place. Not much time off accrued monthly, no grace period for tarries,

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
