As with the other reviews, I agree that a complete overhaul is needed. The CEO is finally going, but the whole executive team needs to be moved on. They have created a toxic environment, all focused on managing up and not for signatories, decimated reporting requirements. A key question from the staff is what is the board doing! when the staff have tried to communicate with them, they were chastised and treated like naughty school children. PRI used to have such a great culture, but its been trashed,
