Vantaggi

The tools provided are simpler than those at previous sales jobs. CRM isn't time-consuming, tracking mileage is super fast, sales goals are attainable, and once set, the goal post doesn't move. This is the best you can ask for in sales imo.

Hybrid work for many professional positions, good production work schedules. Fast-growing company, lots of opportunities.

Production work is not for everyone, you have to be ok with being on your feet for 8+ hours per day.
