      The culture was not conducive to a healthy team environment. Gossip, cliques, and passive aggressive behavior was a regular part of the workplace, and was perpetuated by management. Often there was a lack of professionalism and boundaries.

      They're very good at helping people. Coworkers know each other and have fun together. During the pandemic, a lot of effort, flexibility, and perseverance helped support an entire community.
