Our HR department conducts regular appraisals of industry compensation so that we remain fair and competitive. We also conduct annual performance appraisals for career advancement and compensation increases. Advancement and compensation increases are based on a variety of factors including initiative and acquired job skills. Additional benefits for full-time employees include two health club memberships, paid medical insurance, 401k reimbursement, service discounts (Pro Shop, Spa, Salon, Auto Salon, Personal Training), free Group Fitness classes), free onsite physician, free or co-pay only medical services (dermatology, podiatry, counseling, physical therapy) and paid time off.
