It's a really good company that really aims to do something good for the consumers, so it is always nice to be part of something for the common good Paygrade is above average Good benefits Lots of group activities

Really poor management is sinking the company Lack of communication between the top managers. They do talk and meet with each, but there is not a real clarity about how the main strategy will work between them and how each other should be doing.

Always open to new technologies, the local manager has a lot experience and always help the team get better.

Low salary, there's no PLR or any kind of bonus for good employees. Theres no career plan.
