Zero work-life balance – Employees were expected to work late nights and weekends without extra pay or consideration.
Toxic management behavior – Managers used shouting as a regular mode of communication, including in front of other team members.
No sick leave or empathy – Even when unwell, we were expected to work. Leave requests were denied or ignored, and salary was deducted without proper explanation.
Fake leave policy – Though 1 PL per month was mentioned, approvals were rarely granted. Any leave request led to blame and shouting about pending work.
Public humiliation – Managers often mentioned salary in front of others, making it an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment.
Mentally draining environment – Constant pressure, lack of appreciation, and no HR support contributed to mental harassment and stress.
