Heavy politics within the organisation. A 25 yr experienced equally qualified employee is reporting to a 8 yr experience.
No clear system/process of working, It becomes a merger with some new company every 4 months bringing more confusion everytime in the system/organisation structure. No clearly defined HR policies, they cheat freshers by declaring bonds after they join the organisation. Poor compensation, poorer increment. Suppliers don't take contracts of this organisation.
