      Training is always available, Leads & Supervisors are always willing to help & even talk. (very compassionate & understanding). Options to work from home is great! You are treated with respect and do not feel like just an employee - feel part of a team. If you show up & work hard.... it is noticed and rewarded.

      Cannot start work before 7:30am even if you work from home. Can sometimes be overwhelming if you work different projects & have to learn different systems & rules. Concerns

      PSB is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The Owners and Management of the company truly care about their employees. The company listens to their employees and responds. Employees are frequently recognized. There is a team atmosphere. Everyone works well together. The company provides career opportunities.
