      Relax place. Job security. 12500 yearly tuition reimbursement, but stay 2 yrs after that or pay up if you leave.

      You basically need to apply new jobs in pseg if you want decent increase and move the ladder.otherwise pay increase is all dependent on your manager (0 to 3 % per year). Health insurance is very high, logically 8k a year for family than insurance will start to pay up 80-100%. So yeah very high. No work from home options
