Communication and timezones are hard! We're a truly global team and we purposefully chose to place studios around the world, as close to our players as we could. It takes a very mature person to be able to appreciate different voices and opinions and work in a structure that still tries hard to give a voice to every individual. We're a company built on friendship, consensus and momentum rather than creative dictatorship.
