Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts! We’re glad that you were happy with the freedom and autonomy that we provide to our employees to own their respective areas of our business (no one likes to be micro-managed) during your time at Pabst. It’s one of the attributes that we feel sets us apart from the competition. We also appreciate your feedback about changing priorities. We pride ourselves on being a company that‘s nimble and can pivot quickly to respond to market demands. We have a LOT of great things happening in the company and know this can be challenging. To that end, we’ve created several initiatives to help provide more clarity to all of our Field Sales and Marketing teams that we’re confident will be helpful going forward. Thanks again for your feedback!

Svantaggi

When I first joined, the culture felt cool, fun, and genuinely collaborative. The coworkers were friendly, and in the San Antonio office especially, the environment was laid-back but still fast-paced and productive. It was the kind of place where people worked hard but enjoyed being part of the team. Over time, that culture has shifted significantly. There now seems to be constant chaos, with ownership lacking a clear, consistent vision for the company’s direction. The frequent restructuring and layoffs have created an ongoing sense of instability, making it feel like a high-risk environment for anyone hoping to build long-term tenure. Additionally, leadership feels increasingly disconnected from day-to-day realities. Decisions often seem reactive rather than strategic, which has made it harder to feel aligned or confident in the company’s future.
