Great people, fun problems, lovely location.

Cafeteria is mediocre not healthy enough, remote work not encouraged at all.

- Hard to get fired for doing the bare minimum - Often not a lot of work to do so it's nice if you want to be lazy

- No reward for working hard (i.e. promotions are kind of random and not on a regular cycle, and working really hard doesn't improve your chances of getting one very much) - You can't wear jeans to work (yes I'm serious)
