PacifiCorp is run by an old boys and girls club of bullies and back stabbers. The bullies fight innovation and attack anyone who takes ownership and works in a more modern efficient manner. HR and management are both on the side of the bullies, Both contractors and FTE's have had to go into therapy because of the often toxic work environment. When an employee is forced out of the company by a bully, she mysteriously can not get interviews with engineering companies that do contract work for PaciifCorp. That is because a high-level engineering manager bad mouths her to the other companies. Working for PacifiCorp can damage your mental health and hurt your career.
