Some really good people do work here. The work itself is good and fun to do. Was thrilled to join PAC and had a great time coming to work until the changes in 2020 - 2021

re-org has created tension and micromanagement post pandemic. 'Butts in seats' has been noted as well as 'we dont trust WFH to really work' - - yet we made it work for 16 months. 10% paycut to perm WFH. If they dont like you then it is clear as day. they will make your life miserable. The moral is terrible but people still go to work because the people we worked with kept us going.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
