      Very stable company and environment. Complex organization and business. Great opportunities to learn a lot about a complicated business. A great place to work if looking for stable, long-term work and work/life balance.

      Svantaggi

      Highly conservative technical adopters (for good reasons sometimes). Not a place to look for the new but highly established enterprise software. Very corporate.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
