• Fair pay plus a 10%-15% cash bonus every year. • Never bored, a lot of work to do. • Interesting work from a technical perspective.

Svantaggi

• Benefits are almost non existent: No sick time, no tuition assistance, no maternity/paternity leave, no greavance leave, bring your daughter to work day is banned, horrible medical, but the executives still have their Rose Gatden suite. • Non-engineers treated like 'the help'; given few opportunities. • Interested in nothing other than the bottom line. • A militant liability reduction program pretending to be a Safety department.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
