Instead of focusing, they frequently launch a high volume of new initiatives without the proper roadmap to support them in the long run. This can make the organizational direction feel erratic and reactive, and for example they recently "acquired" an AI company. There has been significant tension at the very top. Last year, two C-suite executives resigned specifically due to fundamental disagreements with the CEO.
