- Decision-making is often inconsistent. Plans can change last minute which creates uncertainty and disrupts workflow. The overall management style reflects a family-run business structure rather than a professionally governed corporate setup, so a lot of things depend on individual decisions rather than a proper system.
- IT, HR, and operational systems are quite outdated - many processes are still manual/lack proper modernization.
- Some hiring and placement practices appear to lack consistent screening standards. In some cases, hiring decisions do not seem to go through a rigorous evaluation process. When performance is not great, people tend to just get moved around to other departments, which creates operational challenges and places additional burden on the receiving teams.
