As others have mentioned, the current management is detrimental to the company’s culture. Many employees were forced to relocate or resign. Notably, they disregarded an ADA accommodation for my disabled colleague, which ultimately led to his resignation.

While we’re unable to address individual situations here, we encourage any employee with a concern to connect with their HR Business Partner or share feedback through internal channels such as our Pulse Survey, Coffee Chats, Town Halls, and other engagement opportunities with senior leaders. In-person requirement of four days a week is not consistent. There is lots of flexibility with that, though.
