Good benefits and pay with bonus

Svantaggi

Management has declined where they are overly controlling over work hours and office presence , as opposed to valuing your work product. They do not care to invest in you and help you grow in your career. They will turn on you in a second if you dont meet their agenda.

In-person requirement of four days a week is not consistent. There is lots of flexibility with that, though.
