      Lack of leadership development programs, lack of training in cross-functions, communication from management to employees could certainly be improved as employees in most areas seem to be on a "need-to-know" basis when they should know everything management can disclose at all times

      In-person requirement of four days a week is not consistent. There is lots of flexibility with that, though.
