Affordable benefits, great vacation, fun events, community service, ok pay

Favoritism, Cliquey, Management is unprofessional, High Turnover, Too much overtime, Repetitive Work, Co-workers rewarded for throwing one another under bus. Morale is lacking here and my biggest complaint over the years. I also think that some of the supervisors need better training in their role. I was lucky that mine knows how to manage her team, but there are others that are plain rude to the staff.

In-person requirement of four days a week is not consistent. There is lots of flexibility with that, though.
