      Great employee culture established and lots of great individuals Health insurance is one of the best Other benefits and yearly bonuses had been good though declining Consolidating departments and employees to focus on core competencies (financials and marketing) Treated employees well throughout 2020 with WFH protocols

      Personnel changes and consolidations have been fast and furious up to and including VP level. Departments have been consolidating job roles and eliminating various positions. Do more with less... people. Chaos in IT departments as PL tries to stabilize IT infrastructure (changed MSP again) No VIP annual bonus in 2020

      In-person requirement of four days a week is not consistent. There is lots of flexibility with that, though.
