      Benefits, pay, flexible work schedule, staff.

      Very political organization, especially in IT and InfoSec. Groups are quick to blame and throw each other under the bus, the CISO and CIO are always bad mouthing each other and neither of them are really effective in their roles. Senior leadership needs to hold them accountable and not the teams and employees that are trying to execute with no clear strategic vision.

      What I'm most grateful for is my team and the culture. Pacific Life is full of supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging, and just genuinely great people. I feel challenged, appreciated, and lucky to be a part of this culture.

      In-person requirement of four days a week is not consistent. There is lots of flexibility with that, though.
